Ningbo Focusway Machinery Co., Ltd. Was established in 2007 and located in Beilun, Ningbo city, about 70 guys now and occupied area of 7000 square meters. We are a manufacturer of the high pressure aluminum die casting, the process we did include the mould production, die casting, CNC machining and the surface treatment which like powder coating, painting, chromating and so on. We can provide one complete production line from the drawing to the finishing parts. Now the product which we produced include the lighting fixture, auto parts, heatsinks, communication bodys and so on.

Normally our engineer department start to do the mould design and production after we got the sample or the drawing from client. When the mould was tested and confirmed by customer, we start the casting batches, meantime if any necessary machining operation on the part, the machining department will arrange the fixture design before the machining operation, finally we did the surface treatment if the client required. All finishing parts will be checked 100% before the packaging. During these processes, quality department always focus on all details according to the product standard. Do a good job in order to provide the better quality and the best lead time to our client.
